Creative Church Communications is led by Founder Dr. Carly McIlvaine, a results-driven communications strategist with over 25 years of experience serving churches, schools, and mission-based organizations.
Carly is not an outside marketer learning church culture from a distance. She has:
Served as a professional church staff member in the Diocese of Trenton for the past four years
Worked as a professional musician and ministry collaborator for Catholic and Protestant churches since 1995
Supported clergy, parish staff, school principals, volunteers, and Boards of Directors in real-world settings where time, budgets, and energy are limited
She understands the rhythm of parish life, the pastoral sensitivity required in church communications, and the reality that most churches do not have a full communications department—yet still need professional results.
