Social Media Ministry Starter Package
With this package, we provide your ministry:
Four Posts per week on both Instagram and Facebook
2 Reels (1 stock‑based, 1 using photos/video clips you provide)
1 Carousel highlighting sermon points, impact stories, or ministries
1 still image or graphic with scripture, quote, or impact stat
Light engagement (e.g., responding to comments and basic DMs during business hours, and alerting any pastoral concerns)
Your Content— sourced from sermons, mission statements, impact data, and program stories, which research shows is the most effective marketing
Monthly Report on “Mission Impact” (1 page overview with screenshots + data stats)
Show follower growth, average reach, top 3 posts, and one suggestion for improvement.
Strategy Call once per quarter (30 minutes)
Review any upcoming sermon series, campaigns, or events and plan major content themes.
Social Strategy and Consulting Services are included! Many other agencies charge extra for this service.
The Financial Fine Print Includes:
*Monthly cost is $525
*There is a $100 set-up fee, which enables us to set-up or connect the church’s Facebook and Instagram accounts during a Zoom meeting
*The full $625 is due upon signup as a retainer (first month + set-up fee)
*Going forward, the retainer is paid for three months in advance. Easy to cancel! Just provide at least 1-week’s notice before the next quarterly billing cycle
*Save $50 per month with a one-year service agreement that is paid in two retainers for 6-months each

Weekly Email Newsletter:
Up to 5 sections per email (e.g., Sermon/series focus, events, Religious Education, ministries, giving/volunteering)
Links to forms and relevant webpages on the church website
Designed with consistent brand colors and template
Turn newsletters into a weekly social post:
One FB post + one IG post per week highlighting “This week at [Your Church Name]” with “link in bio” call‑to‑action.
This adds a 5th Content element to social feeds!
HOW IT WORKS:
Send us all your bulletin content by Monday at 5:00pm for a Thursday newsletter send; OR by Tuesday at 5:00pm for a Friday newsletter send.
We format what you send; we’ll lightly edit images/text for clarity, but we do not write long original articles each week (Can be done for an extra service fee)
Financial Fine Print:
Monthly service fee is $975
Minimum term: 3 months for initial term, with first month and set-up fee due with the signed agreement as a retainer.
Set up fee of $200, which includes a Launch Session of 60 minutes.
We connect or create your social accounts; set up your email service provider; design a branded email template; and map your workflow so sharing bulletin content every week runs smoothly
Longer Service-term Retainers Save you Money:
Save $100 per month with a 1-year service agreement, paid in two 6-month retainers.
New Business Bonus–one extra special campaign email at Easter when you sign-up for a 6-month package by March 31, 2026. Sign up for 1-year and get bonus emails for both Easter and Christmas!
